- House Rules:
1. No smoking indoors.
2. No loud music after 10 pm allowed on premises.
3. No parties or events.
4. Keep the space clean.
5. Be considerate about neighbors.
6. Kindly segregate dry and wet waste separately. - Cancellation Policy:
In case of full advance paid:
1. Free cancellation till 30 days of check-in.
2. 50% refund till 7 days of check-in.
3. 25% refund till 48 hours of check-in.
4. No refund in 48 hours of check-in.
If 50% advance paid:
1. No refunds upon cancellation - No. of days taken for refund process: 5 – 7 working days.
- Checkin and Checkout time:
1. Check in is at 2 pm.
2. Check out is at 11 am.
3. Late checkout is chargeable at 1k per hour.
